Terms:

Bids: All bids are due by noon eastern on Thursday, September 19, 2019. Bids will be reviewed Thursday afternoon and the highest bid for each sealed bid lot will be awarded as the winner and invoiced later that evening to your email address that you’ve submitted bids from. Payment is due no later than Friday, September 20, 2019. All Bids must be submitted via email to Mike at mikew@newmillcapital.com.

Invoicing: All bids will be invoiced with the addition of listed rigging fees and applicable sales tax – if you are sales tax exempt, please provide the proper exemption form.

Example Bid: Winning bid of $15,000 for Lot 1 will be invoiced $15,000.00 + Applicable Sales Tax + $800 (Rigging) for a total of $15,800.00 + Local Sales Tax (if not sales tax exempt).

Removal: All items must be removed by Friday, September 27, 2019.

Rigging/Loading: Prices are listed in each lot and are non-negotiable. The rigging prices include equipment disconnect & simple loading. They do not include skidding or crating. If you have special rigging/loading requests, please contact the rigger listed below for a quote. The listed rigging prices are in addition to your bids, and as a convenience to buyers, will be invoiced with your winning auction invoice from NMC. Rigging fees will be remitted 100% to the rigging company.
