A corresponding Canadian patent filing may be revived upon payment of fees prior to a December 2018 deadline. U.S. Patents: (1) USPN 9,302,846, Bell, et al., April 5, 2016, Self-Contained Devices For Treating Medical Waste and Methods of Their Use; (2) USPN 9,676,012, Bell , et al. June 13, 2017, Devices for Treating Medical Waste and Methods of Their Use. Also included are two U.S. Trademark Registrations, covering the mark “Sterilis” and a stylized “S” logo, respectively, both for use with “Medical devices, namely, device for treatment of biological waste”, in International Class 010.
